The client is the person or organisation named on the invoice, including bookings made on behalf of others.

Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the booking, payment and service arrangements for Grand House’s wedding photography and videography services in Sydney and across Australia. Please read them alongside your quotation, invoice and signed booking agreement.
Booking Deposit and Final Payment
A 25% deposit is due when signing the booking agreement. The remaining 75% is payable on the wedding day. Payments are accepted by cash or bank transfer.
Postponements
Bookings may be transferred to a mutually agreed date, subject to availability, without a rescheduling fee. Payments will be credited to the new date. Refund rights remain subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a confirmed booking attracts a charge of 50% of the agreed package price, including the deposit already paid. This charge applies only to the extent lawful and reasonable, taking account of actual losses and costs saved.
Album and USB Delivery
Where included in your package, the wedding album and USB will be completed and delivered after 90 days from the wedding date. The expected delivery date will be confirmed with you.
Venue Requirements
The client must arrange a safe, accessible power supply for lighting equipment and notify Grand House of venue restrictions or known hazards.
Equipment and Technical Issues
Grand House will use reasonable care when operating equipment and delivering services. Technical issues will be addressed promptly, with liability and remedies determined under applicable law.
Copyright and Image Use
Grand House retains copyright as agreed in the booking contract. Subject to recorded permissions and applicable law, selected images and footage may appear on our website, social media and portfolio. Materials will not be sold or licensed to third parties without the necessary permissions.
Delays and Disruptions
Coverage may be affected by wedding-party delays, venue restrictions or events beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and discuss available alternatives.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
