Terms and Conditions

1. The client is identified as the person or organization that the invoice is addressed to regardless of whether or not the client is acting for a third party.

 2. When a client enters in a formal contract with Grandhouse, a deposit of 25% needs to be paid immediately, and the remaining 75% must be paid on the wedding day 

3. Payment can be done via cash or online transfer.

4. Weddings that have been postponed cannot be refunded, however, you can book the Grandhouse at a later date for no extra fee. 

5. If an event has been canceled after confirmation, the client must still pay 50% of the agreed-upon rate.

6. The album and USB will be completed and delivered after 90 days of the wedding.

7. Grandhouse will bring lights so it is the responsibility of the client to provide power at the venue.

8. Grandhouse will not bear any responsibility for damage that occurs due to our equipment. 

9. All copyright to the images and video footage taken by Grandhouse still belongs to us and will be used for displaying our work on our website and social media. Due to Grandhouse's role as photographers and artists, we retain the right to exhibit our artistic works, however, we will not use these images/footage for commercial purposes nor will these be sold or for sale.

10. If the photographer is unable to carry out their duty because of technical errors that are out of their control they are not liable.

11. Grandhouse does not take fault for the inability to carry out the photo and video services if prevented from doing so by:

  • The wedding party are not punctual, and/or photography and videography restrictions at the venue
  • Any events, actions, or unforeseen circumstances that cannot be resolved by Grandhouse including but not limited to strikes, failure of a utility service, issues with transport networks, or compliance with laws and government orders
